After their participation in the TEN Enduro Pilipinas last January, the Tacurong Federation of All Terrain Cycling Enthusiasts (FACE) formalizes their group as the officers take oath on February 24 with Tacurong City Mayor Lina O. Montilla administering the pledge. FACE President Patick Parreño said that the transition from being a friendship group into an established organization would help in building activities and events that will be conducted in the city, which will help Tacurong’s tourism. Mayor Montilla also acknowledged the team’s contribution in promoting the city’s tourism and hopes for a good partnership with them. FACE’s main objective involves establishing cycling as a means of achieving a healthy lifestyle, promote environmental awareness and development, and develop eco-tourism in Tacurong City.
